Dashboard

The Dashboard is your DealerPortal home page — it surfaces announcements, quick links, and pinned documents in one place.

Announcements

The Announcements card shows every announcement targeted to you, newest first. Each one shows its subject, message, author, and date.

Click Mark as read to dismiss the unread indicator. Read announcements stay in the list, just labeled with the date you read them — nothing disappears.
Click anywhere else on the card to open the full announcement in a pop-up window.

Below Announcements, the Quick Links card shows shortcuts your administrator has set up for you. Click any tile to open it in a new tab.

On the right side of the Dashboard, two lists show documents worth quick access to:

Pinned by your administrator — documents flagged as important for everyone who can see them.
My Pins — documents you've personally pinned yourself from the File Library. If you haven't pinned anything yet, you'll see a note pointing you to the Library to add some.

Click a document's name to download it directly.

A Contact Us card at the bottom of the Dashboard shows information your administrator has configured — for example, who to reach out to for support.
