Getting Started

This section covers the Dealer Portal — the catalog, quoting, ordering, and file-sharing tools available to any signed-in DealerPortal user.

Logging In

Go to your organization's DealerPortal login page and sign in with the email and password provided to you. If you don't have credentials yet, contact your administrator.

Navigating the Portal

Once signed in, the sidebar shows a Navigation section available to everyone:

• Dashboard — announcements, quick links, and pinned documents
• Catalog (label varies by deployment) and Quotes
• Parts Catalog
• Order Pads
• File Library

If your account also has administrative permissions, you'll see an additional System Administration section below it — see the Administration docs for that side of the app.

Where to Start

• Looking for a product and its price? Start at Product Catalog & Quotes.
