File Library

The File Library is where shared documents live — manuals, forms, marketing material, or anything else your administrator has made available.

Browsing Folders

Open File Library from the sidebar. Folders you have access to appear on the left; click one to see its files on the right. You'll only ever see folders your administrator has made visible to you — some folders may be restricted to specific groups.

Downloading a File

Click a file's name to download it directly.

Pinning Files for Yourself

Click the pin icon on any file to add it to My Pins on your Dashboard for quick access later. Click it again to unpin. This is personal to you — pinning a file doesn't change what anyone else sees.
