Catalog Management
Catalog Management covers the main product catalog — what dealers browse and request quotes on. The catalog's display name (for example "Models", "Machines", "Tractors") is configurable per deployment; whatever name is configured shows up in the nav, page titles, and buttons throughout this feature. If no name is configured, this entire feature (and Quotes) is hidden from the menu. See Settings to change it.

Adding a Catalog Item
- Go to Administration → Catalog Management (labeled with your configured catalog name) and click Add.
- Fill in Title, Subtitle, Model Number, Price, Serial Range Start/End, and Description.
- Click Save — you're taken straight to the item's Update page to finish setting it up.
Adding a Primary Image
On the item's Update page, drag an image (up to 2MB) onto the Primary Image drop area, or click to browse. It uploads immediately.
Options
Options let a dealer customize an item when building a quote — for example, add-ons with their own price. From an item's Update page:
- Click Add Option for a simple checkbox-style option (has its own Number and Price), or Add Option Group for a "choose one of these" group of options.
- For a plain Option, fill in Description, Number, and Price.
- For an Option Group, fill in only a Description — its price comes from whichever child option is chosen.
- To add choices under an Option Group, use the add-child-option control on that group and fill in each child's Description, Number, and Price.
Dealers see these as checkboxes (plain options) or a dropdown (Option Groups) on the catalog item's detail page, with prices added to a running total when building a quote.
Editing and Deleting
Click the edit icon on the catalog list to open an item's Update page and change any field. Use the delete icon to remove an item; deleted items are hidden but not physically erased.
