Statuses

Statuses define the vocabulary used to track an order's progress in Order Admin — for example, "Pending," "Processing," "Shipped." This screen is titled Order Statuses.

Viewing Statuses

Go to Administration → Statuses. The list shows each status's Description, when it was last updated, and by whom.

Adding a Status

  1. Click Add Status.
  2. Enter a Description.
  3. Click Save.

New statuses are automatically added to the end of the display order.

Reordering Statuses

  1. Click Edit Order.
  2. Drag rows into the order you want them to appear (for example, in the Update Status dropdown on an order).
  3. Click Save Order (the same button, relabeled) to confirm the new order.

Editing and Deleting

Click the edit icon to change a status's Description. Use the delete icon on the list to remove a status.
