Statuses
Statuses define the vocabulary used to track an order's progress in Order Admin — for example, "Pending," "Processing," "Shipped." This screen is titled Order Statuses.
Viewing Statuses
Go to Administration → Statuses. The list shows each status's Description, when it was last updated, and by whom.
Adding a Status
- Click Add Status.
- Enter a Description.
- Click Save.
New statuses are automatically added to the end of the display order.
Reordering Statuses
- Click Edit Order.
- Drag rows into the order you want them to appear (for example, in the Update Status dropdown on an order).
- Click Save Order (the same button, relabeled) to confirm the new order.
Editing and Deleting
Click the edit icon to change a status's Description. Use the delete icon on the list to remove a status.
