Contacts
Contacts are the individual people at a dealer Company — your day-to-day points of contact. This page also covers People and Addresses, which are a separate, internal record type used for staff and Order Pad activity tracking rather than dealer contacts.

Viewing Contacts
Go to Administration → Contacts to see every contact, sorted by name, with Email, Phone, and their Associated Company (click through to the Company record).
Adding a Contact
- Click Add Contact.
- Fill in First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, and Job Title.
- Choose an Associated Company from the dropdown.
- Click Save.
Tips
You can also add a Contact directly from a Company's Update page without leaving that screen.
Editing a Contact
Click the edit icon on any row. Update the fields and click Save. The footer shows who last updated the record and when.
Deleting a Contact
Open the Contact's Update page and click Delete, then confirm. The contact is removed from all lists.
People & Addresses
People is a separate directory (Administration → People, when enabled) used for internal staff records — for example, the "Activity By" person recorded against an Order Pad status change. People are not linked to Contacts or Companies.
Each Person can have one or more Addresses attached from their Update page:
- Open a Person's record and click Add an address.
- Choose an Address Type, then fill in Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State, and Zip Code.
- Save.
Addresses can be edited or removed from the same panel.
