Quick Links
Quick Links are shortcuts to external URLs that appear to dealers, useful for pointing to resources you don't want to host inside DealerPortal itself.

Adding a Quick Link
- Go to Administration → Quick Links and click Add Quick Link.
- Enter a Title, Description, and URL.
- Under Send To, choose Everyone or switch to Groups and check which User Groups should see it.
- Click Save.
New links are added to the end of the display order automatically.
Adding a Photo
Open a Quick Link's Update page and drag an image (up to 2MB) onto the photo drop area, or click to browse. The photo uploads and updates immediately — there's no separate save step.
Tips
To change a Quick Link's photo, drop a new one on top of the existing one. There is currently no button to remove a photo entirely once one has been set.
Reordering Quick Links
- On the Quick Links list, click Edit Order.
- Drag rows into the order you want.
- Click Save Order (the same button, now relabeled).
Editing and Deleting
Click the edit icon to change a link's title, description, URL, or targeting. Click the delete icon on the list to remove a link; confirm the prompt.
