Companies
Companies are the dealer organizations you do business with. Every Contact belongs to a Company, and Order Pads are tracked back to the Company that submitted them.

Viewing Companies
Go to Administration → Companies to see the full list, sorted by Company Name. Each row shows Number, Name, Phone (click to call), City, and State.
Adding a Company
- Click Add Company.
- Fill in the fields above. Number and Name are required.
- Click Save.
You'll be taken to the new Company's Update page, where you can attach Contacts and Notes.
Editing a Company
Click the edit icon on any row to open its Update page. Make your changes and click Save. The card footer shows who last updated the record and when.
Contacts on a Company
The Update page includes a Contacts panel listing everyone associated with the Company. Click Add to create a new Contact inline (Email, First Name, Last Name, Phone Number) without leaving the page, or click an existing contact's name to open their full record.
Notes on a Company
The Notes panel keeps a running log of freeform notes on the Company. Click Add a Note, type your note, and save — each note records who wrote it and when. Click a note to edit it, or use the delete button to remove it.
Deleting a Company
Open the Company's Update page and click Delete. Confirm the prompt. Deleted companies are removed from the list but the underlying record is retained, not permanently erased.
Tips
There is no linked order history shown on the Company screen — to see orders, use Order Admin and cross-reference by dealer.
